Order Processing
Please allow 5 business hours for order processing, which depends on product availability and payment verification.
- For Jakarta orders: We offer instant GoSend delivery. Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 10 PM will be shipped the following morning.
- For orders outside Jakarta: Shipping times will follow the schedule of the chosen courier service. For specific delivery estimates, please contact us via email customercare@everettindonesia.com or on WhatsApp at (+62) 878 5533 4455.
- Orders can’t be modified or canceled once placed, so please double-check everything before checkout!
- We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from Indonesia.
- You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
- In rare cases, items might become unavailable even after an order is placed; you’ll receive a full refund if this happens.
- We reserve the right to review and cancel orders at any time.
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Expect shipping delays during promotions and high-demand periods.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders with these addresses will be canceled.
Shipping Methods (Indonesia)
- Free 3-5 day standard shipping
- Paid for 1-2 day rush shipping.
- Instant GoSend delivery is available for Jakarta orders (delivery fee varies based on distance).
- For orders outside Jakarta, shipping times are subject to the courier service’s schedule. Please contact our Customer Service for more details.
International Shipping
All international orders ship via DHL Express. We ship worldwide! Select your country on our website to shop in your preferred currency. Contact customercare@everettindonesia.com for international shipping inquiries.
You may be responsible for import duties and fees. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Returns (Indonesia)
We offer free domestic return shipping; just contact us to start a return. You have 3 days from delivery to return or exchange items. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Please include the original invoice with your return to avoid delays.
Exchanges are possible for different sizes or colors of the original style, depending on availability. If you want a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. We cover the cost of shipping for one exchange.
Returns are processed within 2 business days of arrival, though this may take longer during peak periods. You’ll receive a full refund after we inspect your returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or by check. Please allow 3 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement (original payment method) or 4 business days for checks to arrive.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges for items not in their original condition.
Holiday Returns (Indonesia & International)
We offer an extended return policy of 22 days for orders placed between December 8th and January 2nd. The standard return policy still applies: items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Include the original invoice with your return to prevent delays. Our customer service is available daily from 6 AM to 10 PM GMT +7. We’re closed on major holidays, which are listed on everettindonesia.com/holiday-faq.
Lost Packages
Once a tracking number shows proof of delivery, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items; the courier assumes all risks. If you have any questions, please contact customercare@everettindonesia.com.
Final Sale Items
All sales are final during sale periods. If an item you purchased is marked down within 7 days of delivery, we can adjust the sale price. We don’t participate in price matching with other retailers.
Complimentary Gifts (GWP)
Gift-with-purchase offers are valid while supplies last and don’t apply to previous purchases. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these offers at any time.
